We would like to announce that Albaugh & Sons is getting ready for the upcoming Best of the Best Awards. This will be our fourth year attempting to win the competition, and we look forward to competing with many different loved companies throughout Frederick, Maryland! We hope that you think of us as one of the Best!
About the Best of the Best Awards
This is one of the largest events that is hosted in Frederick, Maryland, bringing in thousands of votes from people every year, and it’s a competition that has been around since 2015. What makes this competition so memorable is that it shows how much people appreciate the different companies that provide them with such stellar services throughout the year!
There are 3 Rounds in the Competition
The Best of the Best Awards can be broken down into three main voting stages: nomination, first-round voting, and final round voting. During the nomination round, people can make suggestions for organizations that they want to see compete in the event. What’s great about the nomination round is that new organizations and businesses might grow and change, which keeps the competition fresh each year.
Once nominations have been cast, we proceed to the first round of voting. Businesses and organizations are each placed into a category, and it’s up to the voters to look at all of them and cast their votes. Voters can cast a vote daily! Votes are tallied and the top 5 businesses make it through to the final round of voting.
Lastly, there is the final round of voting in which the top 5 businesses in each category are revealed and voters can cast their final votes. The final round of voting decides a winner. These winners receive the honor of being the Best of the Best!
When Does the Event Begin?
The nomination period has concluded, so we are moving into the first round of voting from September 22nd until September 28th. The votes cast during this week will help businesses move to the next round. About one month later, from October 27th through November 2nd, the final voting round will take place. Lastly, the winners in each category will be announced towards the end of the year on December 8th.
